Tractor-trailer driver injured in I-80 crash

A tractor-trailer traveling Monday afternoon on Interstate 80 in Clinton County crashed and rolled over, sending its driver to the hospital with injuries, state police at Lamar said.

The crash happened about 1:40 p.m. in the eastbound lanes near mile marker 172 in Porter Township. Police said Roger Aubin, 75, of Chicopee, Mass., possibly experienced a medical emergency that caused him to pass out and lose control of the 2007 Freightliner and trailer he was operating.

Police said the truck drove through guardrails, down an embankment and rolled over. Aubin was transported to Lock Haven Hospital for unknown injuries, police said.
