PSU students bid 'fairwell'

Penn State’s Interfraternity and Panhellenic councils hosted the first “Fairwell” spring carnival Sunday at Central Parklet in State College.

The carnival, which featured events primarily for children ages 4 to 10, was meant to thank the State College community for their support during this academic year, student organizers said.
