    A dark Toyota RAV4 was traveling Thursday morning on Zion Road toward Bellefonte and stopped at a traffic signal before turning left to go on I-99 southbound, according to Spring Township police Officer Tony Roefaro. Witnesses told police the driver of the Toyota turned left, causing a head-on collision with a Bellefonte municipal van. The Bellefonte employee was injured and taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center.
