The organization accepted a $2,500 check in September.
The EITC program enables Pennsylvania businesses to invest in education by supporting “innovative educational practices,” a report from the district said.
Eagle Ambassadors annually allocates the EITC funds to support nine educational programs at the district, spokeswoman Rose Hoover said.
The program is administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
This is the program’s third year at BEA.
