Several people were taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center after a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Penn Township.
State police at Rockview said a vehicle driven by a 56-year-old male from Spring Mills hit the back of another vehicle attempting to make a left turn on Penns Valley Road, west of Heckman Cemetery Road.
According to a report, the Spring Mills man then crossed the roadway and struck a utility pole.
Police said the male driver was suspected to be under the influence of prescription medication.

At least four people were involved in the crash, including the Spring Mills man and three adults from Lewistown, the report said.
Police are still investigating the incident, which police classified as a DUI.
