A 24-year-old Penn State graduate is in serious condition after falling 15 feet from the rear of 141 South Garner Street at about 3:20 a.m. Friday, according to State College police.
The man was found face down and unconscious. He was initially transported to Nittany Medical Center before he was transferred to UPMC Altoona trauma center for a closed head injury.
Police reviewed video footage of the incident and determined the fall to be accidental. Witnesses told police they believed he was highly intoxicated.
The man typically resides in New Hampshire, but was visiting the State College area for the weekend, according to police.
