An argument turned into a police situation when a weapon was involved.
A Pennsylvania Furnace man was charged with three misdemeanors after allegedly pointing a rifle at another man “during a heated argument” in Franklin Township on Thursday, according to state police at Huntingdon.
Donald Foster Jr., 54, is charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and a summary count of harassment.
Foster was granted $25,000 unsecured bail by Huntingdon County District Judge Douglas Gummo. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
