A Bellefonte man, accused of striking his 1-year-old daughter, has been charged with child endangerment.
According to court documents, Bradley Musgrave, 25, got into an argument with his girlfriend around 8 p.m. on Nov. 28 after returning home from a bar.
Houtz said the quarrel became physical when Musgrave pushed her against a wall, causing a window to break, court documents said. He then pushed her onto a bed and tried to punch her but missed, instead hitting their child.
Musgrave was charged with simple assault, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, police said. Unsecured bail was set at $25,000. A preliminary hearing is pending, according to court documents.
