State police at Rockview are investigating a hit and run that left a pedestrian with moderate injuries.
According to police, at about 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, a Chrysler Concorde backed into a Chevrolet Blazer while attempting to leave Stover’s Tea Room in Milesburg.
When the Chrysler pulled forward, police said, the owner of the Chevrolet, Ryan Hicks, 19, of Snow Shoe, stepped between the vehicles to check for damage. The Chrysler then backed up again and pinned Hicks between the two cars before fleeing the scene.
Hicks suffered moderate injuries to his left leg, police said.
