Man faces charges after causing a scene

State police at Lamar said a Howard man will be charged after creating a scene at a communications store in Mill Hall, Clinton County.

About 12:30 p.m. Saturday, police said Robert Joseph Miller, 36, of 904 Schencks Grove Road, entered the TelUS Communications store on Hogan Boulevard and became vulgar toward the manager. The customers in the store became alarmed, police said.
