Penn State Hazmat responded to a call at 11:52 a.m. Sunday, April 19, 2015, of spilled mercaptoethanol in the Millennium Science Building on the Penn State campus. Stan Clouser, safety officer with Alpha Fire Company, said 3-by-3-foot leak was cleaned up and the area was secure and safe. Alpha Fire Company and Boalsburg Fire Company assitsed.
