STATE COLLEGE — Investigators with the state attorney general’s office have begun re-interviewing current and former employees of Penn State’s athletic department as part of the criminal case against Jerry Sandusky.
A person familiar with the case told The Associated Press on Wednesday that current or ex-staffers of the football program are among those to be interviewed. The person requested anonymity because no one was authorized to speak about the criminal investigation.
The attorney general’s office in Harrisburg declined to comment.
Sandusky is out on bail as he awaits trial on charges of sexually abusing 10 boys over a 15-year period. Sandusky has denied the charges.
