Jerry Sandusky won't be in court Wednesday for a recently scheduled conference just days before jury selection is scheduled to start in his trial.
Attorney Joe Amendola sent out the notification today.
The court date was scheduled by Senior Judge John Cleland to deal with any unresolved pre-trial matters.
Currently, the defense has a motion on the table to throw out the case but the prosecutor countered Friday opposing it, saying there's no factual basis for those arguments.
Jury selection is scheduled to start June 5. Sandusky has maintained his innocence.
