OK, let's talk about the courts.
Is there a courtroom announcement that no Twittering is allowed?
No there isn't.
Did the Penn State student's Twitter posts disrupt the courtroom?
No they didn't.
So even though all this didn't happen this student gets at least 33 days in jail. Perhaps we should introduce Centre County Court to the year 2009.
Young people communicate this way and they are entitled to their opinions. The District Attorney's office, the police and the judges should learn about the world of Twitter, not punish people who are in it.
Sorry, all, you're way off base on this one. I would hope this is the last Twitter sentence by example.
