This, of course, represents a lot of hard work by talented staffers, and it might be our biggest haul in some time.
I'm most proud of the public service from the state APME our coverage of the drinking issue, the investigative reporting win by staffer Ed Mahon in covering the swap issue, and the online breaking news award for the October snow storm.
Those are the heavyweight awards, and they all added up to another Keystone sweepstakes for the CDT. That's 13 in a row, predating me.
2009 was a tough year for us and other businesses, and these results are sweet. They show that what we can do, we do well.
