Somehow the State College Area school board, which spends months talking about the school calendar, the math curriculum and other issues, votes unanimously to hire a Philly law firm as its swap counsel without a word.
Without a conversation, without input from taxpayers whose money will go to Philly.
Not a peep. Instead, the PR spokeswoman issues a statement.
Interesting isn't it. I guess this didn't rise up the way the calendar and math controversies did.
