I found it interesting yesterday that a letter to the editor signed by presidents of the state-related universities, including Penn State, was e-mailed in by a PR firm.
The letter, published today, expresses concerns about cuts, as you would expect the presidents to write.
However, given the PR machines in their colleges, you wonder why they go out for PR and pay that expense.
Maybe they should look to cut what they can first. Just a suggestion, and I'm sure I'm not the only editor to notice this.
