A 33-year-old Julian man was killed in a Saturday night ATV accident in Union Township.
Mark L. Flick was pronounced dead at the scene of the one-vehicle crash, which occured at 9:05 p.m.
Police say Flick was traveling south on Bush Hollow Road and lost control of his ATV while attempting to make a left turn.
He was about 300 feet south of Spotts Road at the time.
He and his vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck the guide rail, becoming air born for about 16 feet before landing on the ground. Flick and his ATV traveled another 11 feet before striking a tree.
Flick, who was not wearing a helmet, suffered severe head injuries.
