The restoration of Joe Paterno’s victories is clearly a welcome and just event. The influence of Sen. Jake Corman is greatly appreciated.
Over time, actions against the NCAA will take their logical course, but a few things remain to be accomplished.
It is now time to put Paterno’s statue back where it belongs: at Beaver Stadium, in proud view of all who pass by.
Next: Restore the name “Paternoville.”
Any Penn State trustees who participated in the harm done to the Paterno legacy should resign. These are the people who caved in to the NCAA. Alumni and the general public should contact their state legislators and insist on this.
