Police advise Philipsburg residents to lock autos
State police at Philipsburg are advising residents to keep their vehicles locked when unoccupied, after four reports of thefts overnight Monday. Police said the vehicles were parked along South Second, Oak and Warwick streets in Philipsburg. The vehicles all were unlocked at the time.
