The Penn State men’s basketball team will open its season Nov. 14 at the Bryce Jordan Center against Morgan State.
The team’s 13-game nonconference schedule was released through the program’s Instagram on Friday. Times for each game have yet to be announced.
The Nittany Lions will face Fordham at home on Nov. 16 before competing in the Charleston Classic in Charleston, S.C., in three games from Nov. 20-23. The tournament bracket has yet to be announced. The field includes Akron, Charlotte, Cornell, Drexel, Miami, South Carolina and Southern California.
Penn State then hosts Akron on Nov. 25. The Nittany Lions’ first road game is set for Nov. 28 in Lewisburg against Bucknell.

Penn State will host Virginia Tech on Dec. 3 in an ACC/Big Ten Challenge matchup before the Nittany Lions travel to Huntington, W.Va., to take on Marshall on Dec. 6.
The Nittany Lions take on Duquesne at the Bryce Jordan Center on Dec. 10 and host George Washington on Dec. 14. The Colonials were the lone opponent on Penn State’s schedule to make the NCAA Tournament last season, falling in the second round to Memphis.
Penn State then faces Drexel at the PPL Center in Allentown on Dec. 20. The Nittany Lions close out the nonconference slate at home against Dartmouth on Dec. 22.
