Penn State’s game at Michigan set to kick at 7 p.m. on Oct. 11 will be televised by ESPN2, the program announced Monday.
The Nittany Lions (4-1, 1-1) have a bye this week after suffering a 29-6 loss to Northwestern last Saturday. Michigan (2-3, 0-1) faces Rutgers on the road this Saturday. The Wolverines have lost two straight to Utah and Minnesota, respectively.
The matchup between Penn State and Michigan will be the first Big Ten night game at Michigan Stadium and the third in history. It will be Penn State’s first trip to Michigan Stadium since 2009, when the Nittany Lions earned a 35-10 victory.
Penn State has won the last four games in the series against Michigan, including a thrilling 43-40 win in four overtimes at Beaver Stadium last season. That game was the longest in conference history.
