The Big Ten Network (BTN) announced its coverage schedule for the upcoming season.
Penn State fans will get to see just two of its matches on television.
The first match to be aired on BTN will have the Nittany Lions on the road at Illinois on Jan. 23 at 4 p.m. The other matchup will be when Penn State hosts defending champion Ohio State inside the Bryce Jordan Center on Feb. 5 at 6 p.m.
The Nittany Lions will have several other matches airing on the Big Ten’s BTN Plus, which is a subscription that fans can purchase. BTN Plus allows fans to stream matches online.
Penn State’s matches on BTN Plus include the Nittany Lions’ first BJC match with Wisconsin on Dec. 13 at 1 p.m. Others are at Purdue (Jan. 8, 7 p.m.), at Indiana (Jan. 10, TBD), hosting Nebraska (Jan. 15, 7 p.m.), at Northwestern (Jan. 17, 2 p.m.), hosting Michigan (Jan. 31, 2 p.m.) and Michigan State (Feb. 13, 7 p.m.).
