State College finished first in four individual events at the State College Track and Field Invitational on Thursday.
Rachel Wylie won the 60-meter hurdles (9.4 seconds), and Natasha Fedkina took first in the mile (5:20.3). Veronika Karpenko won the long jump (16-10), while Megan Fry finished first in the pole vault (10 feet, 9 inches). Karpenko was also second in the triple jump (35-9 1/2).
The Lady Little Lions’ team of Fedkina, Julia Neely, Grace Peiffer and Julia Krawczyk won the 4x400 relay in 4:34.3
Other top finishers for State College included: Haley Crawford (second in the 60, 7.8); Neely (second in the 800, 2:36.7); Courtney Poorman (third in the long jump, 15-0.5); Brittney Peachey (fourth in the long jump, 14-11.5); Taylor Givens (second in the high jump, 4-8); LeAnn Verica (second in the high jump, 4-8); Kinsey Thompson (second in the pole vault, 10-3); Abby Fortin (fourth in the pole vault, 7-3); and Jordan Bair (fourth in the shot put, 36-4).

Penns Valley’s Destiny Andrus finished third in the 60 (7.9) and third in the 400 (1:03.6), and Lady Ram teammate Valerie Kubalak was second in the high jump (4-8). Bellefonte’s Anya Hoaglund finished third in the 800 (2:43.1), and St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy’s Jordan Wiser was fourth in the mile (5:45.5).
