Alex Snyder's first touchdown of the season lifted Juniata to its first win Saturday.
On the fifth play of the game, Snyder threw a 30-yard scoring pass and Juniata went on to beat Moravian 10-3 to move its record to 1-7. Snyder, a State College graduate, went 10-for-16 for 110 yards in the win. For the season, he has completed 79 of 155 passes for 802 yards and three touchdowns. He has rushed 57 times for minus-2 yards.
FOOTBALL
Camdin Crouse (Bald Eagle Area, Robert Morris) has completed 30 of 62 passes for 335 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions. Robert Morris is 1-6 after beating St. Francis 28-0 Saturday.
Ben Ganter (State College, Cornell) has connected on 66 of 127 passes for 647 yards, six interceptions and four touchdowns. Cornell lost to Brown 34-14 Saturday.
Brook Hart (State College, Yale) has completed 62 of 103 passes for 686 yards, five interceptions and four touchdowns. Yale fell to 3-3 after losing to Penn 9-0 Saturday.
Mike Trunzo (State College, Washington & Jefferson) has 11 tackles and 13 assists for W&J. He also has six pass breakups. W&J is 7-0 after beating Westminster 49-7.
Ryan Poorman (Bellefonte, Lock Haven) has 15 catches for 98 yards. Lock Haven is 0-8 falling to Gannon, 27-0.
Kyle Lucas (Bellefonte, Lock Haven) has 10 solo tackles and 13 assists. He has 21/ 2 tackles for losses for minus-7 yards.
Mike Rocco (Philipsburg-Osceola, Lock Haven) has 10 solo stops and nine assists. He has one tackle for loss for minus-4 yards.
Kode Plank (Bellefonte, Mansfield) completed 12 of 32 passes for 116 yards as Mansfield’s Sprint football team beat Princeton 26-14. He has completed 49 of 128 passes for three touchdowns and 480 yards. He also has thrown seven interceptions. Mansfield is 2-4.
C.J. Bahr (State College, Slippery Rock) leads the team in scoring with 45 points. He has made 8 of 11 field goals and 21 of 22 extra points. Slippery Rock lost to California (Pa.) 44-7 to fall to 5-4.
Andy Masullo (Bellefonte, Juniata) has kicked off 17 times for an average of 50.9 yards. He also has four solo tackles.
Bryce Rigg (Bellefonte, Juniata) continues to start on the offensive line.
Jeff Kellar(State College, Franklin and Marshall) has 15 solo tackles and seven assists. He also has three tackles for losses for minus-6 yards, one interception and three pass breakups.
Shane Gray (State College, F&M) has 21 tackles, 12 solo. He has four tackles for losses for minus-16 yards and one and one-half sacks for minus-9 yards. F&M beat Muhlenberg 20-7 to raise its record to 6-1.
Rob Irwin (Bellefonte, Clarion) has caught five passes for 74 yards. Clarion is 6-3 after beating IUP 30-28 Saturday.
Evan Reese (State College, Kutztown) starts at an offensive guard spot for Kutztown, which is 3-6 after losing its second straight overtime game. The Bears fell to Millersville 41-35.
Jacob Kiefer (Penns Valley, Westminster) has 10 tackles, five solo. He has two tackles for losses for minus-8 yards and one pass breakup.
Logan Belinda (State College, Westminster) has carried 14 times for 38 yards and one touchdown. He also has three pass receptions for 25 yards. Westminster is 3-5 after losing to W&J 49-7.
Luke Massaro (State College, Bucknell) has played in all seven games and carried once for two yards. Bucknell is 3-4 after losing to Lehigh 35-16.
Tom Kondash (State College, Lafayette) is averaging 36.5 yards on 28 punts. Lafayette is 6-1 after beating Fordham 26-21.
Andrew Kerr (State College, Princeton) has caught 17 passes for 198 yards and a touchdown. Princeton lost to Harvard 37-3 to drop to 1-5.
