We knew it could happen, we never thought it would. No one will ever forget it; we'll always remember where they stood. We watched them fall in terror, the screaming was so loud. When the towers reached the ground, all that was left was a cloud. Our children in those buildings, other family members too, who left for work that morning and didn't have a clue. Our parents at home watching, our children seeing it all. Nothing can erase the fear we felt from the old or from the small. But God now has our family; they will help him watch us all. Because they know we are the people — United we stand, divided we fall.
