Children should be dressed for a mess and have a smock (an old shirt of mom or dad). Thursdays through Feb. 19 from 10-11 a.m. in the State College Borough community room. $44 for residents/$66 for nonresidents.

Mother/Daughter tea

Girls ages 5-8, along with their mothers or grandmothers, are invited to attend this tea. The event includes a tea party, craft project, photo station and treats. Dress in your finest tea party clothing. Gloves, hats and boas are encouraged. Feb. 7 from 1-3 p.m. in the COG Building Forum Room, 2643 Gateway Drive, State College.

Municipal Band Concert

Conductor Ned Deihl and 75 volunteer band members perform a free concert at the State College Area High School South auditorium. Admission is free, but donations are accepted at the door. Feb. 15 at 3 p.m.
