A second shelter has opened in Centre County as a result of the major storm impacting the area.
Philipsburg-Osceola High School joined Bald Eagle Area High School as shelters for those seeking refuge from the storm.
The shelter at Bald Eagle high opened Monday at 3 p.m., while the Philipsburg-Osceola shelter opened Monday evening.
