With four major festivals in Centre County wrapping up Sunday, there’s a lot of entertainment and activities to chose from. Below is a list of Sunday’s events at the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts in State College, The People’s Choice Festival in Boalsburg, the Philipsburg Heritage Days in Philipsburg and the Remington Ryde Bluegrass Festival on the Grange Fairgrounds in Centre Hall.
