Two people were injured and one was charged with various vehicle and traffic violations after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of North Sparks Street and West College Avenue on Monday morning.
State College police said Tuesday that Li Xu, 22, of Vairo Boulevard, was cited for running a stop sign and having an expired license, registration and inspection.
Police said Xu was heading south on North Sparks Street when he ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle. Xu reportedly told police he did not see the stop sign.
Xu’s 2012 Chevrolet Equinox then rolled onto its side and struck a utility pole near the West College Avenue intersection, police said.
