Fox Gap Rod and Gun Club is again hosting the annual Wounded Warriors event, set for Sept. 27 to 29.
According to the FGRGC, 10 guests will be featured this year, including eight wounded warriors, one alumni coordinator and a representative from Wounded Warriors In Action.
WWIA is a national organization that specializes in providing outdoor events for Wounded Warriors.
Last year, FGRGC in Spring Mills hosted the event as a weekend of bird shooting, fishing, trap shooting and more that allowed the group to bond.

FGRGC said in a press release that Pheasant Forever participated by donating shirts and hats to participants.
This year’s itinerary allows the “warriors” to arrive at Gravel Spring on Friday, fish the stock pond at Fox Gap and try their hand at a trap range. On Saturday, two groups will hunt and fish on the nearby grounds. Meals will be provided throughout the weekend.
