A Nashville, Tenn., man was charged after he allegedly attacked two men at a fraternity house in downtown State College early Saturday morning.
Christian T. Heyne, 23, was charged with aggravated assault.
State College police Lt. Mark Argiro said police received a report of a belligerent man walking around downtown around 3:55 a.m. Saturday.
Officers found Heyne standing outside of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, 200 E. Beaver Ave., with one cowboy boot on and no shirt.

Argiro said witnesses told police that Heyne attempted to enter the frat house claiming he was a former member of the fraternity.
Heyne reportedly went inside the house, walked upstairs and began flirting with girls.
When asked to leave, Heyne declined to do so and grabbed a 21-year-old by the neck and threw him onto a table. While being escorted out of the house, he punched a 20-year-old man in the face, police said.
The victims’ injuries were unknown.
Heyne was arraigned Saturday and sent to the Centre County Correctional Facility.
