A winter storm has caused the state House of Representatives to postpone a hearing Thursday in Harrisburg during which Penn State President Rodney Erickson was to testify about the university’s need for state funding.
The state Senate hearing also canceled its appropriations hearing for Penn State, and lawmakers have not yet rescheduled the hearings.
