The Omega Delta Sigma Veterans Fraternity at Penn State will hold two fundraising events in March.
From 5 to 8 p.m. March 28, the fraternity will hold its second-annual spaghetti dinner to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy. Murphy was a 1998 Penn State graduate and Medal of Honor winner who died during a 2005 assault in Afghanistan. The dinner takes place at the State College VFW.
On March 29, the fraternity will hold its fourth-annual Lt. Michael Murphy Warrior Games at LionHeart Fitness. The games are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All money raised from both events will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project in Murphy’s name.
