Kidz Academy at Penn Skates is hosting a Dr. Seuss-themed breakfast to benefit the March of Dimes’ Team Ella Grace. The event will be held at Penn Skates, 2210 High Tech Road, Benner Township, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Proceeds will go to Ella Grace Burns, who was born four months premature in December 2012. She was 1 pound, 5.9 ounces at birth. Her parents are Blake and Chrissy Burns, of Milesburg.
The event includes a breakfast hosted by Dr. Seuss characters, Dr. Seuss story time, green eggs and ham, pancakes with syrup and juice. It also includes unlimited roller skating from 9 a.m. to noon, a bounce house and an inflatable playground, and riding toys with at least three wheels are welcome. There’s also a Dr. Seuss costume contest, in which kids can dress up to win a free birthday party at Penn Skates.
