Wis. men face drug charges after I-80 traffic stop

Two Wisconsin men were charged after being found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Friday afternoon.

A report from state police at Rockview said Jacob M. Langevin, 19, of Menomonie, Wis., was pulled over at 12:22 p.m. on I-80 westbound in Boggs Township, for speeding.

Upon further investigation, Sgt. Douglas Clark said an odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle.

While Langevin and passenger Jacob A. Swenson, 19, also of Menomonie, were detained, the vehicle was searched, the police report said.

Police said three small baggies of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia were found.

Both men were arrested and processed, Clark said.
