The state Department of Transportation has opened Interstate 80 in both directions in Clinton and Northumberland counties.
The eastbound lanes reopened about 9 p.m., while the westbound lanes reopened about 7:30 p.m.
The interstate had been shut down between the Milton exit in Northumberland County and the Lock Haven exit in Clinton County due to vehicle crashes, according to a release from PennDOT.
