Two people suffered severe injuries in a two-vehicle crash Saturday on state Route 45 in Gregg Township.
About 4 p.m., Jeffrey Stover, of Rebersburg, was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado east on state Route 45 and stopped to make a left turn onto Brush Mountain Road. As he was waiting to turn, a 2007 Harley-Davidson MC driven by Leslie Baker, of Spring Mills, struck the back of his vehicle, police said. Baker was pinned under the motorcycle. Both Baker and his passenger, Tina Gearhart, of Spring Mills, were flown to hospitals due to the extent of their injuries.
Neither Stover nor his passenger was injured.
State police at Rockview were assisted by Penns Valley EMS, Medic 24, and the Millheim and Gregg Township fire departments.
