A Clearfield County man is dead after a Sunday morning crash.
The wreck occurred about 8:20 a.m. in Boggs Township, Clearfield County. State police at Clearfield said a vehicle driven by Randy Hanes, 27, of West Decatur, was traveling north on Salem Road when he lost control. Hanes tried to regain control, causing his Ford Explorer to overturn several times, police said.
Hanes was ejected from the SUV and Clearfield County Coroner Michael Morris pronounced him dead at the scene, police said. He was not wearing a seat belt, police said.
Philipsburg and Bigler Jackson Woodland fire departments assisted at the scene.
