Hearings involving lawsuits between Centre County government and courthouse officials originally set for Tuesday have been rescheduled for September.
Proceedings before Huntingdon County Senior Judge Stewart L. Kurtz are postponed until Sept. 1, with a hearing on Court of Common Pleas Judge Jonathan D. Grine’s suit scheduled for 10 a.m. and a hearing on a contempt motion filed by attorneys for District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller to follow at 1 p.m., according to the Centre County Court Administrator’s Office.
Attorneys for the county and the McShane Firm sought the continuance, citing unavoidable conflicts, according to court documents.
