State College police are seeking three male suspects in connection with a theft at the Benner Pike Wal-Mart early Wednesday.

According to police, two men entered Wal-Mart at about 4:20 a.m. and placed a tote bin in a shopping cart. A third man entered minutes later and took a second shopping cart.

The three men met in the beauty/cosmetics section and began loading the tote bin with high end beauty products, police said. They then pushed the cart into the gardening area and exited through an alarmed door.

They were met by a white SUV, police said, believed to be a newer Chevy Equinox. The men loaded the bin into the rear of the vehicle and fled the area.

Police said they believe these are the same three suspects in a Wal-Mart theft in Mill Hall earlier that morning.

The three suspects are described as being black males, police said. The first was wearing a red short-sleeve shirt, red ball cap, jeans and black sneakers with orange laces. The second was wearing a green Oakland A's ball cap, green coat — possibly Oakland A's — camouflage pants and brown boots. The third was wearing a green long-sleeve shirt, jeans and black NY Yankees ball cap.

Anyone with information on the theft is asked to contact the State College Police at 234-7150.
