Most people shopping for a game system are looking to get the best price on the latest version. However, a man in an area store allegedly thought he could get a better deal picking up the previous generation, and not stopping at the cashier.
State College police are looking into the incident, which happened at the Benner Pike Wal-Mart on Oct. 9 when a man entered the store and headed for the electronics department. That’s where he selected two white Xbox 360s, which he then took to the parking lot, police said. He was picked up by a small white, 4-door sedan.
Police describe the suspect as a black man wearing a dark green shirt and bright yellow shoes. They say he was observed in the company of another male and female in the store, however those people were not seen in the parking lot.
