Qualifications: Serving 13 years as magisterial district judge, 49-3-04; certified by Pennsylvania Minor Judiciary Education Board as magisterial district judge; police officer/detective State College Police Department for 24 years.
Answer to question: Accessible — It is important for MDJs to be available to deal with citizen inquiries and questions as well as with the needs of law enforcement professionals. I have always been a full-time judge and will continue to serve in that capacity. Available — My open door policy will continue so when citizens wish to speak with the judge, I will speak directly with them to answer questions. Administer justice in a fair and impartial manner by applying my 37 years of experience in the legal arena, using good common sense and rational conflict resolution skills.
