Occupation: Centre County treasurer (16 years)

Qualifications: As incumbent Centre County treasurer for the past 16 years, I have been tried and proven as a dependable and effective manager of county funds and resources. Over 35 years of accounting, financial and investment experience. Past president of the statewide Pennsylvania County Treasurers Association and Executive Committee member for many years.

Answer to question: My three top priorities for the Treasurer’s Office are as follows: First, along with my dedicated staff, to continue to offer a high degree of friendly public service to all who call or come into the office. Second, to strive for ways to increase productivity and efficiency, primarily using technology when and where it is appropriate. Finally, as county treasurer, I plan to continue to use my many years of professional experience in accounting and investments to manage the county’s financial resources for the benefit of all county taxpayers.
