Four people were taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash, state police at Hollidaysburg said in a release.
The crash occurred at about 4:30 p.m. Monday at Old Philipsburg Pike and South Eagle Valley Road in Snyder Township.
Police said the driver of a 2012 Nissan Altima attempted to make a left turn across traffic from South Eagle Valley Road onto Old Philipsburg Pike, but turned into the path of a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage.
The 85-year-old male driver of the 2012 Nissan Altima and his passenger, an 86-year-old woman, were taken to UPMC Altoona. They are from Altoona.
The 25-year-old female driver of the 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage and the 2-year-old boy in her car were also taken to UPMC Altoona. They are from Port Matilda.
Police did not specify injuries and did not identify anyone in the crash, which is under investigation.
