Libby Mortensen has been appointed by Foxdale Village to director of residency planning and marketing. She has over 25 years of marketing experience, the past 12 years at Foxdale.
She will be responsible for oversight of the residency planning and marketing department, supervision of the residency planning and marketing team and coordination of marketing efforts, which include outreach, advertising and events to assist prospective residents with considering their retirement living options.
Meg Clouser has joined Foxdale as the director of health services. With six years of experience in long-term care, she will oversee the 55-bed personal care home, 46-bed skilled-nursing care, therapy services, wellness program and the health office.
The Pennsylvania State Employee Credit Union recently announced the promotion of Heidi Wrights as the State College Financial Center community manager. Wrights began her career with PSECU as an intern in its education center while in school. She joined PSECU as a business development manager.

The Centre County Office on Aging received the Excellence Award at the annual Protective Services and Ombudsman conference for their provision of both protective and advocacy services. Through recruitment and training, they added 40 Pennsylvania Empowered Expert Residents in the six long-term care facilities in their county in the last year.
