A tractor-trailer crash near Potters Mills is affecting traffic on U.S. Route 322.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the eastbound section of the road “is restricted to one lane at this time from Centre County into Mifflin County in the ‘Seven Mountains’ area.”

The move comes after a 10 a.m. tractor-trailer roll-over. The impact is being felt from the state Route 144 intersection in the village of Potters Mills in Centre County to the Milroy exit in Mifflin County.

Armagh Township police Sgt. Gregory Stottle said the driver was taken to a hospital for injuries. The clean-up will last through the afternoon to remove non-toxic ink that spilled on the roadway and over a barrier.

No ink made into a waterway, Stottle said. The cause of the crash is unknown, and police are investigating.
