Three Centre County establishments were cited for liquor violations by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement in December.
The Hilton Garden Inn, 1221 E. College Ave., and Red Lobster, 1670 N. Atherton St., both in State College, were charged with serving alcohol to a minor on Dec. 5, a press release states.
Stover’s Tea Room, 200 Mill St., P.O. Box 734, in Milesburg was charged with serving a visible intoxicated patron on Dec. 7, according to the release.
Each establishment will face an administrative law judge who could impose fines between $50 and $5,000, suspend or revoke liquor licenses, or mandate training for the license, the release states.
