Penn State senior placekicker Kevin Kelly was named the Big Ten Special Teams Player of the Week on Monday after scoring 14 points in the Nittany Lions' 46-17 win over Michigan.
Kelly made three of four field-goal attempts and all five of his extra-point tries, becoming the Big Ten's career leading kick scorer with 376 career points. With three more field goals, Kelly would become the conference's career leader in that category as well.
It was the first weekly conference honor of Kelly's career and the sixth time a Nittany Lions has received Big Ten weekly honors this season.
