Police are investigating after a car collided with a horse and buggy Friday evening on Route 64 in Walker Township.

State police at Rockview said no people were hurt in the crash, but the horse suffered moderate injuries.

The driver of the buggy was traveling on Coder Lane around 5:30 p.m. and was attempting to cross Route 64 when his buggy was struck by a car driven by Glenn Brooks, 73. Police did not identify the driver of the buggy.

Troopers said an investigation into the accident is ongoing. Charges are pending in the case, they said.
